Someone asked me the other day who has more fans harry or louis and on paper you would say harry. Well after seeing louis in concert for the first-time tonight [and obviously I've seen harry a few times] this is my in-depth answer to that question...

A lot of people go to harry's concerts because it's harry fuckin styles and he is the "it" male pop star right now. A third of the people who go to harry's concerts are going simply bc of that fact. Yes he has a lot of fan fans but he also has a lot of "for the moment" omg I saw harry styles fans who will most likely get bored and leave when he goes on break.

Do you count all those who go for the SM clout to harry's concerts fans? Would they stick around being a fan during the hard times or a haitus like louis fans have? Doubtful. I am very aware all but one of the people I went to a harry concert with will not care about him and he will become a faded memory to them when he goes on break. One in particular will go back to eye rolling at me when I mention harry "to much" the way they use to back in my 1D fan days and even early harry solo fan days.

Tonight at louis concert I experienced something truly magical. A venue filled with nearly 17k people showing massive massive love and support for the man on stage. I may not agree with the views of some of the fans their [IE. think louis is straight or a dad hard to ignore] BUT at least it truly felt like everyone there without a doubt loved and cared for louis and wasn't just there for a SM clout moment. People aren't going to louis concert for SM clout the way a lot of people do for harry concerts.

So when someone asks me who has more fans it's not as easy of an answer as one might think.

I keep getting the dumbest anti asks in my inbox bc their pressed I said not everyone going to harry concerts are true dedicated fans. I never said harry doesn't have dedicated fans I'm just saying not everyone going to a harry concert is a dedicated fan while 98% of people who go to louis concerts ARE a dedicated fan. Sorry you can't handle the fact there are people who only go to harry concerts for SM clout. Plus those who are locals and barely know two songs or those who "like him" simply bc they find him hot and want to fuck him or the ones who say they will unstan if he comes out are NOT a fan either.

One anon I blocked went on about how people go to multiple harry shows like ok ?? never said there wasn't. Plus that doesn't really prove anything bc there's many people who go to multiple louis shows to. And to say louis fanbase is dwindling as if he doesn't get 500k like asking fans how their doing, didn't have to switch to a bigger LA venue bc of high demand, didnt add double the amount of tour dates he originally had planned for WALLS tour bc of high demand and didn't get 26 million votes on some radio music poll but sure he is loosing fans. 😭😭😭

Oh and we all know louis/1D label hated him and tried hard to screw him over and make sure his solo career "failed" so the fact he has managed what he has given the fact he was not given the same opportunities as others is a major accomplishment.

Their dumbass couldn't handle my post last night and the fact I said some who go to harrys concerts are just there for SM clout. Like yes he has a lot of dedicated fans but he also has a lot of for the moment fans bc hes the IT pop boy right now. Back in the day I use to get made fun of for being a harry fan and now some of those same mfers are posting about being at LOT on SM that shit pisses me off.

They also complained saying "at least harry isn't trying to allianate his fans who don't believe the public image/narrative like louis." Did one just forget about the 2 years of HELL when it came to olivia? And harry being pegged not only a womanizer but a homewrecker? Plus all the dates they went on? Pretty sure that allianated some fans just as much if not more than a 5 second comment on stage.

Also they mentioned streaming numbers and shit when big stream numbers doesn't always equate to fans. Some have really big hits but don't really have a huge fanbase and only have big streams bc x songs get added to popular playlists that millions listen to. And its definitely dumb to mention lou streams when we know damn well "they" have fucked him over in more ways then one when it comes to solo music. Li hasn't had new music in a while and his one album is mostly club songs he didn't really write so how does he have more listeners than lou?
