Hi. First of all, sorry for my English. Here goes... remember when Louis had a playlist on Spotify called Tour Bus. I remember he used to add other artists there and I believe part of FIF is inspired by that playlist. I remember there was a song called Dry Your Eyes (I can't remember the artist now) which was basically a friend giving advice to another after a breakup. That's The Way The Love Goes has a similar plot, a friend trying to comfort another after a breakup. Have you or anyone else ever drawn a parallel between these two songs? If so, let me know please.

Dry Your Eyes is a song by The Streets, an artist Louis has talked about and admired. Louis himself mentioned that The Streets was an inspiration for TTWLG in FITF Track By Track.

I especially appreciate Louis’ explanation for why TTWLG ends the album. A quiet appreciation for friendship— nice thematic embodiment for FITF.
