@axnsi-girlwithlottafandom I guess i should have made that clearer my apologies, by rumors I mean that in J’s clan there are legends that some mermaids were beached, so to keep them from being hunted and killed by humans for their tails, hair, and scales, they were granted the ability to blend in with humans and form legs, but they only exist outside the water, and in the daylight. Moonlight or water, insta-tail! But as more and more humans began cropping up in the area the less and less the mermaids went on land and risk being discovered so no one knows anymore if it’s real, rumor or just plain myth.
