Treasure island - 1988 ussr animation

To this day, this is the most trippy adaptation of Louis Stevenson's treasure island I've probably ever seen. This pretty much shaped my pirate obsession when I was little. It was one of my favourite cartoons as a child and remains a comfort movie!! A weird drawing style complete with fun musical numbers (mostly about being healthy) I heavily reccomend this to absolutely everyone!! No I'm not biased it's just good. I will be reblogging with the YouTube link that features English subtitles so tumblr doesn't eat this post :)

My Shadow
