Small pre-Trinity Gate Head canon:

Time seems to slow to a stop during the time they were in escrow for the residence that would become Trinity Gate. Armand buys an out of season calendar and a thick permanent marker just to mark off the nights in his impatience.

Benji draws doodles around the edges of said calendar. Sybelle adds little smiley and frowny faces to denote how she's feeling from night to night. Louis leaves notes for Armand and the children when he doesn't want to forget something or to uplift them all.

The calendar is such an outstanding success for the rest of the year that Armand now buys a new one each year for the family as part of their Christmas celebrations at Trinity Gate.
