Hi! It's been a long time. How are you? I was watching some of Nico scenes from Marvel's Runaways and started thinking about her journey, so I'd like to have your opinion on something. Would you say she lost her innocence when she found Amy dead or when she killed Jonah? Or it could be another event?
I think it was the moment she saw her parents killing Destiny. Before she was hurt deeply from Amy’s death and it made her hide within herself but seeing her parents killing a child? I think this destroyed any innocence she had left. Same happened for the others altough unlike Nico it took them a bit more time to really sink in. Like for Karolina we got to really focus on the moment when she lost her innocence. Her broken expression when it was confirmed that their parents were killed. Nico didn’t get quite this moment because her character was not meant to be as emotive as Karolina’s but I still think that it was this night where the last of her innocence died
