There is a sentence that has long bothered me. It is treated as a piece of universal wisdom that humans gain with experience, and surely every member of a modern, industrial society has heard it in some form. Whether spoken by a close friend or complete stranger, its utterance usually comes with a sly grin that invites the listener to reconsider a fundamental belief. Here it is: That’s not how the real world works. That dirty, little sentence slithers into conversations meant to turn a person’s perception of reality upside down. We hear it when we question why people who commit the same criminal offenses … Continue reading →

To die at the slightest touch
of unspoken guilt
to get out of self, of silence,
abandon
the memory
that is not you
forgetfulness that is not you
the presence that is not
you
the emptiness that is not you
yet touches, brings, spins
the wasteland between outstretched fingers and beyond shadows
that cast a pall on you.
Is it a web of thoughts that envelop the world?
They fall whispering
that you saw the light
close to
a noisy, interrupted, ungraceful end.
Oh this slight flow through frequent death
like grains of sand without spirit
when it would be better to rise,
to take color, form, grace
to be clear, indomitable
to go while being
to go since you were.
oo h bitch i love blocking posts so much😍

What you feel
When you get your heart broken you have a tendency to cry, depending on how your emotions are. I know I cried because I lost the one person I loved and I was the one who pushed him away into my best friends arms which made me even more upset that he is now with my best friend. You feel like your life just ended and that you will never be happy ever again. I’m still feeling like my life ended and that I will never be happy again but the truth is I will be happy again one day. You don’t need guys to make you happy or girls to make you happy. What you do need is to have at least one person that you are very close to so that you can cry and talk to get everything out. You will find someone you are meant to be with sometimes in your life and when you do you will forget about everything that happened in the past with your ex or exes because you are in love, love can bring a broken heart very far.
