One shot fic idea:

The young adult duo fight an Akuma which turns people deaf, and they hit Chat noir. This one is tough. Ladybug and Chat soon need to recharge and hid in an ally. Marinette talks, not getting any answers from Adrien of course, also because he keeps looking around, searching for any threats. Marinette starts to say stuff like: "i like your stumbles" "You should eat more, i am worried" "you are always warm, body and soul" "i want to hold you 24/7" and a long and emotional fillled "I love you so much"

They defeated the Akuma, but to their dismay, an explosion happend and Adrien is still deaf. The Doctors say it will pass. And Marinette takes what she gets. Over the next few days she tells him all the stuff she wouldn't dare to say out loud, not wanting to risk a wonderful and close friendship.

In the morning of the third day, she visits him in his apartment and greets out loud, seeing and making sure if his hearing returned or not, as he didn't answer, so she continued her confessions.

"Good morning, the love of my life" she packed the groceries out, not noticing the sudden freeze from Adrien. Not knowing his hearing returned. "I visit your mom, and told her how well you got used to living alone, as alone as you can get with me annoying you" Adrien wanted to turn around and say his piece, but remained still, taking "normal breaths". "She teased me again, how i love you and you love me. I told her you just see me as a friend, for some reason she has the same expression as plagg when i say that." He really really wanted to say something at that. "I told her that i loved you for years, and i am fine with you, finding your TRUE love, even tho it isn't me" As her voice grew sadder he turned around and faced her. She went still. "Oh no..."
