Hi hey, back at it again doing my occasional text posts out of the blue
Had a dream last night that Disney made a Turning Red 2 but it fasts forward to a future where Mei Mei has a son, but like this is a future where Mei Mei doesn't shift as often because of work and family obligations (there's like some symbolism of like having to repress yourself for capitalism and shit)
So she doesn't even bother telling her kid about the panda cause she thinks that's like a thing only the women in her family does
But it turns out, her kid becomes a trans women and like she has the panda powers
And it ends up really touching with the gender identity and rediscovering yourself themes
Figured I'd just share it, cause it was so clear in my mind
