Ahhh pho! Yes, so yummy. Barbecue chips were a staple of my childhood (I remember sitting in a corner at parties and just mowing down on a bowl of them, yeah I was the life of the party lol)

I want to get one of those

I got this one last autumn and I think it did help, I have to be careful not to use it on days my head is delicate or it can trigger a migraine, but most days it’s fine. I have it on a shelf by my computer and I put it on while I’m eating breakfast and any other time I’m at my PC in the morning. Just started using it a week or two ago for this year so I don’t always remember, fortunately all these posts like ‘I love it when the days are so dark and rainy and grey! Isn’t autumn SUPER’ remind me
