Quem eu sou requer que veja além do seu ego.

E me enxergue.

Não pode me avaliar como um pedaço de carne.

Estrofes e versos são o que me personificam.

Sejam eles da poesia ou do rap que criticam.

Não somos diferentes.

Se examinar de perto meu hip-hop e sua fala e seu iâmbito vai descobrir que é bem similar ao pentamero e iâmbico.

Mas você é ignorante.

Rappers são poetas e poetas são rappers.

Academico não admitem, pois seu medo é gritante.

E apesar do que pensa eu aprendi uma coisa, Que a verdade é inevitável.

Had this joint saved in my Netflix watch list for a minute. Azealia Banks did a great job as “Coco”. The movie showed the marriage between rap and hip hop through the lens of education. No press release no marketing campaign. I didn’t see any Poets posting or tweeting about it nor did I see any post from the cast directors etc. Now of course they posted but the life of a tweet is like 5 minutes at the most. ★★★★★ We Have To Do Better People We Are Only As Big As We Make Each Other. So many amazingly talented Poets out there.
