Saying Goodbye

Yesterday night I had to say goodbye to an old friend, well rather young. It wasn't right, wasn't his time I miss him. He was my best friend and my family he was my cat, Vexen. No one could ask for a better friend then him and I will miss him, but I will never forget him.

Let me tell you though, that it in no way was it anyone's fault he was a curious silly cat, he wound up licking some antifreeze off the floor of the garage; he went into renal failure he was dying. The only thing we could do was put him down, humanely, I spent more than an hour holding him before they came in to put him down they were kind, didn't rush us, she made it quick and painless on him; for that I will always be grateful.

I will miss him no matter what, but I will always remember him, the good, the bad, the funny... everything.
