On 2nd day of Navratri, Maa Durga is worshipped in the form of Brahmacharini! 'Orange' colors symbolises tranquillity, brightness and knowledge. As the winter is almost here first orange coloured food comes in mind is none other than Orange itself 😋 So I'm hopeful that instead of popping up Vit C suppliments we can now Directly eat them and in various forms. But the best one always remains the raw form! But make sure you eat them or the juice immediately as it looses vit C as it's exposed to air! They are useful for 🍊 Boost immunity 🍊 Lowering blood sugar levels, cholesterol, risk of cancer, bp 🍊 Good eye health 🍊 Safeguard against constipation Also, 🍊I always keep my homemade orange peel power handy to use in face packs or in case if I wanna exfoliate the skin🍊 And the next fruit I worship is PAPAYA🧡 And I swear by it🥰 Papayas have carotene, a chemical that helps induce period naturally and hence eating lots of papayas can help regulating your period. And the last one Ill talk about is 🥕 Carrot is already integral part of Indian diet specially in winters, it's non-starchy but a root! So, it's recommended to limit it for twice a week! Because it's about keeping up the balance don't force too much of protein or veggies or fruits or anything! Even eating fruits more than necessary can do aid for weight gain instead of weight loss...
