Q: Tell us about the album art. You have one shoe off and you’re kind of like unbalanced almost, but still, you look very elegant. What was the purpose of the artwork here?

Theresa Wayman: “Well, I thought it was cool that it almost flips a little bit when you open it up. You can see on the back. I feel like it’s a surrendering of position, like open, you know. It shows a little bit of a classy feel, and if you see it open, it almost looks like I’m lifting the shoe up. That was nice because there’s a little element of magic there, in the sense of love being some kind of magic thing that holds us all together. It’s a universal law and we all kind of run by it and also because of it. Everyone working together in way is just a version of love, you know I just brought that little element of mystery and magic in there. I looked up a dream interpretation of a shoe and I can’t remember it right now, but it all has to do with your path and the path that you’re walking on. Those are the elements, I’ll leave it up for interpretation.”
