Loss/trauma is fucking hard. We are left with all of the grief and sadness to fill a million hearts. In death there is no alternative, when it is a choice or action of loss or trauma it’s even more excruciating. We live in this existence constantly avoiding the idea that we can lose another just to get through. Disillusioned that ‘it’ could happen to us. Beating that idea daily because it could crush us if not. It is true though it is real and raw. We have the possibility there every day with every one we love.
