I was a vegan for a while! It was a little tough, but my favourite dish was toasted cous cous with olive oil, then you add some kale leaves (without the stem or stalk), and some dried cranberries and let it cook for a little while! Absolutely divine!!!!

Oh man that sounds SO good I’ll keep that in mind! Publishing this just so I can save it as a reference
