God, I cannot wait to get into college. I can’t wait to live in my own apartment. It’ll be small, but it’ll be mine. I’ll live alone, except for my cat and my five thousand plants and books and pillows and blankets and pictures scattered around my home. I’ll be studying the subject of my choice, and I will be passionate about what I’ll do. I’ll have a part-time job that covers all of my expenses. It definitely isn’t my favorite place to be, but it suits the purpose and will do until I achieve my dream job. I’ll wake up refreshed in the morning with my cat cuddled up close and I’ll walk to the local coffee shop and read and study and go thrift shopping until it is time for my afternoon classes, and then we will discuss subjects and materials that I know about and understand. I will speak with passion. I will find my voice. I will be my own person among my few friends. I will start somewhere new. I anticipate the moment that I will be free.

Learning and learning and learning and getting to know new things

Seeing a smile of a stranger after doing something small for them

Getting more plants

Kissing while laying on the fresh, green grass

Painting the walls of my own house
