#graduationday! So much learning in such a short period of time. Up until last month every time the bees did this - which is daily - I thought they were #swarming. Bees at the entrance of our new hive fanning and releasing a Nasonov pheromone. The fanning honeybees are exposing their Nasonov's gland - at the tip of their abdomens - releasing pheromone to entice stragglers into entrance of the hive.
