We could leave the Christmas lights up ‘till January
And this is our place, we make the rules🎶
So I’m watching the Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show and I found it very familiar. Anyone else see this???
@taylorswift
it's depressing how many people in the comments of the snow globe video clearly haven't watched the Lover music video, aka Taylor's best music video 😔
hi I don’t know if anyone has made a post about this yet but I’ve been thinking about it for literally WEEKS ever since I figured out the rooms in the Lover video each represent an album but I need to put it out there just in case. Basically, in “The Story Of Us” (which is off of Speak Now) Taylor sings “I used to know my place was a spot next to you/Now I'm searching the room for an empty seat/'Cause lately, I don't even know what page you're on.” (Which? an iconic line). And then in “Lover” (off of Lover) she sings “And you'll save all your dirtiest jokes for me/And at every table, I'll save you a seat, lover...”
And I know I’m definitely not the first person to notice the lyrical similarity, but please notice that in the music video we cut back into the Speak Now room just in time for her to lean over and say that specific line. Like. It has to be on purpose?? It has to be!!!
Anyways that’s what’s been eating me for like three weeks bye!!

The scrabble letters were another easter egg clue to another track on the lover album. "Afterglow." How could we overlook this?.
