If you want to add Nutella then go for it! I think that sounds delicious and a lot like a double-chocolate ship cookie in the making. I've never really made cookies before but what's the worst that could happen? :3
If you're not sure how it'll turn out then make just one as a trial run and if it works then make a whole batch!

Do your dead lifts first since it works your whole body. Have one hand palm down the other palm up. Tomorrow sit on a bench or chair, grab a 5 or 8 pound dumbbell place your arm on your leg, hand past your knee and curl it up. Flip your hand over rpt.
Thanks for the advice! I tried mixed grip at some point but it felt really awkward... I'll just keep at it I guess!

What time is it now? 10 pm in Nova Scotia
It's now 9pm in Ontario!
My Knees get a bit sore around the top of them from doing squats bits its more of a growing soreness versus a injury soreness. It could be the little supporting muscles repairing them selves especially if you just started running on hills. Maybe.
Ooooh I hadn't thought of that, it could indeed be that as I've not only been running hills, but also got back into pistol squats! I won't fret too much for now then. Thank you! :)
