How open are you with your emotion? more open than ever before. not heart on the sleeve because my heart seems to be in flux and in flight, so I am hesitant to really share every passing emotion. depends on my control of the situation still.

How do your emotional wounds control you? they effect the masks I choose to wear. The defense mechanisms I call upon to feel in control. The image I evoke. The answers I give. The attitude I allow.
How do you recognize and work through disappointment? I see it. I label it. I acknowledge it as part of existing. I quantify how much was a disconnect between expectation and reality. what does this actually mean for me and what is the remedy?
What do you need to forgive yourself for? not knowing what comes nex.t not always feeling social or witty or spot on. not finding the right words. taking awhile to ramp up. leaving Carbondale. Not answering “What do you do?” well.
Whom do you need to forgive? Goldielocks. Friendee. EB. Los Angeles. Organized religion. Societal norms.
Compared to V1 identity as a dependency is an interesting step attachments are more accurate emotions and how open: both are worth exploring... CONTROL is intriguing and dangers. flux and flight seems more true, but with the truth of emotion changing, the choice of what to share would play into control emotional memories will always flux - it’ll be interesting to see what sticks for how long, how to release them, what will arise out of nowhere More accurate emotional wounds, too. less... emotionally swayed? also way more accurate disappointment - validating. realistic. Better self forgiveness - more real and grounded in your answers
