I can't make up my mind really, but all this pics and spoilers now mean that this week, the thing I'm most looking forward to in episode 3 is the preview for episode 4 at the end :P

That's my guess too, definitely looks like him- well, if you lighten it in Photoshop it looks like the back of his head :P he looks like he's looking at the same thing Sybil is. Maybe the reason Sybil looks angry is because people trying to make him leave and she really wants him to stay with her? I know it wasn't usual for men to stay with their wives giving birth at that time but they aren't really a usual couple and I just really want it to happen (though it probably won't...)
