All felt for the wreath itself is cut by hand & measurements vary slightly due to the felt. They are often a bit larger than advertised. The felt is synthetic so I'm sure it would be fine but the frame is metal and may rust so you should try to keep it dry. NOTE: I also accept CUSTOM ORDERS.
