baby spider boy
I can't stop hurting the people I care about most
Kisses don't fix all the scraped knees
I think of us, of you and me and we and what the words means. I think of the lines colliding where I stop and you began and I think of the worlds we could conquer as I stare feebly at the lives we could not save. I think of me, of you, and you and you and you and stare beyond what I know to be this world, to be any world, to find a reasoning for it all. Lines blur together, I becomes we becomes you becomes us becomes vacant. Empty. Like a glass case to dirty to make out anything but your impurities, so horrible. So tempting. This world exists on an entity of being that not we not you not I not us not me knows, on top of words that had no meaning, never did, never will. For the words fail when no music speaks, and the earth moves on silently. An empty hollow as the lines blur together and we search for some meaning in it all.
Lemonade kisses and wandering hands meet in the kitchen as you pull me closer. We hear laughter from our friends in the other room and we are surrounded by light and love. We are safe, we are happy.
