resourcefulness

I'm so happy about how resourceful I am. my boss assigned me the most vauge instructions to find our monthly reports that I will be taking over, and then she left. 

she gave me only three basic ideas 

-they might be online somewhere (which is crazy because the web is so vast I could spend all day looking for those and never find them)

-they could be in my company email that was handed down to me from the woman I replaced, but again, that is so much digging I could spend yet another whole day digging and probably still not find it. 

-Trish (our big big boss) might know where to find it

so I emailed trish, twice to no response. so I look in the email tags and there is her office phone number. I call it hoping to talk to her, and her secretary picks up telling me she is traveling. so I ask if someone can help me find these forms, and she transfers me! 

a very nice lady picks up the other end and tells me the forms havnt been made yet and they will before the new years! 

I asked for help, but I didn't give up, and I really feel like I did a decent job of trying to work like a real adult.

@boyybites Ki I just want to say that you're so cool and you make me feel like I can also be someone who doesn't take someone else's shit and just be myself. You also listen to my ideas and that makes me really happy because you also encourage me with you're enthusiastic reaction.

@eatcherpeas I know we talk a lot already but I really care about you Rainy and just.. I can never thank you enough for helping me and listening to me when I need help. For encouraging me while I'm trying to do better in my life and sometimes not being able to but you're still cheering me on. Telling me to take my time which reminds me that I also have a tomorrow.

@klahnce We haven't been in touch—and we aren't usually but I just want to thank you for being a mutual of mine. When I was lonely and a bit scared you stayed with me and distracted me from being too scared. I also love sharing my love of Keith with you! I love my boy and you!

@felizlancemas Toni I just want to thank you for being there for me. For listening to me and talking to me. And being an all around cool person. I appreciate you so much and I want you to know it.
