i guess my biggest one is i don’t think people should respond to rudeness with rudeness [which i struggle with sometimes]. Like i know it’s unfair that someone is being mean but people gotta understand there is usually a reason people feel that way and maybe chill the fuck out and not start a fight. ]

… I lowkey hate shipping to be honest.  Not outright, I do it too, but just the way that it becomes the MOST IMPORTANT THING drives me bananas.  Somehow the ship becomes more important than the character and it just honestly I think it ruins the ability to talk about the character.  They don’t need to be half of a whole.  Who are they, just them?  

But even posts about that get hijacked by one ship or another.  I mean like who you like and ship who you ship, but remember that a person is a person. 

There’s a line in criminal minds where someone is talking about shower sex and how awkward it can get and she says  “I mean there comes a point where a girl’s gotta wash her hair alone, you know”  

Just let that character be that character, discuss their character traits, and needs, and wants and hopes and desires, that do not include a specific relationship, for the love of god please.

Happy anniversary

Our muses have been married for twenty years, and it’s their anniversary. Send me “Happy anniversary.” And I’ll write a drabble/starter of what my muse would do/say to yours.

She’d brought him breakfast in bed-- not a big deal for most couples of course, but in all 20 years of marriage Artemis had cooked once-- maybe twice for him. And both times it had been something burnt from a package.

Which is why it was mac and cheese her son had made and an apple.... But never mind that. She set the tray of food down next to him on the nightstand. And climbed into the bed next to her husband. Running her hand through Tony’s graying hair before she’d leaned over to whisper... Or maybe kindof shout into his ear.        “Guess what today is.”
