A tangy, slightly bitter tea, not something he'd have often but is a treat to have around. it's definitely one he wants to experiment with more. Probably add it with different desserts.

Admittedly a remarkable electric-type gym leader, an absolute savant when it comes to engineering and manufactory. I hear nothing but good things from the Sinnoh elite four about you, especially Flint but it wouldn't kill you to take a shower once in a while?

I almost gagged when we hung out. I won't lie the thought of pushing you into the ocean had crossed my mind once or twice while walking through Sinnoh.

Otherwise, my opinion of you is overall positive.

Taking his time off working at the Gym he decided to make his latest journey at Sinnoh! He definitely has visited before but knew there were more things to uncover and explore.

As he moved around he had heard here and there about the electric-type gym leader at Suny Shore city. Curiosity peeked. Volkner wasn't a stranger but admittedly he hasn't really bothered to visit many leaders.

Time to change that!

Arriving at the rather path-heavy city, A walkway that stretched through the city, leading to other stores and houses and of course the gym itself.

Making it there he made his way inside, the guard at the entrance recognizing him as the Kanto Champion and didn't seem to make too much of a fuzz about it. Yet Blue explained that it was a visit.

Making it inside saw the machine-heavy platform that had been created for their challengers. He called out from across the arena to the other.

"Yo! You got a minute, Spark?"

He seemed eager to get the other's attention.
