Ingredients: 1 lb lamb loin chops. 2 tbsp olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped. 1 tbsp thyme, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Season the lamb loin chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet and saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the lamb loin chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare or longer according to your desired doneness. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the lamb rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
