Ingredients: 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons ghee. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1 teaspoon coriander powder. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garam masala. 1 teaspoon ginger paste. 1 teaspoon garlic paste. Salt to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, and water to a bowl. Mix the shrimp well. For 15 minutes, let it sit. Set a pan on medium heat and add the ghee. Put in the cumin seeds and let them pop. Put the shrimp in the pan after marinating them. Saut for two to three minutes, until the shrimp turn pink. Add the coriander powder and garam masala to the shrimp and mix them well. Add two to three more minutes of cooking time, or until the shrimp are fully cooked. Add some fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. As a starter, serve hot.
