Breathtaking modern furisode in refreshing hues designed and handpainted from scratch by Tsurui Yu for her graduation (you can find steps on her instragram: resist paste, ground dye, yuzen).
Pattern is swirling Roseate Terns (beniajisashi) over raging waves rinzu ground (those gradiant blues!). Even hakkake (lower lining) is patterned, with matching tiny birds and waves!
