Just walked out of physical therapy after practically crawling there. Let me just say I never really considered acupuncture, but when my therapists suggested it, I went for it. Best decision I've made in ages!
...and since it's a beautiful day I think I'm going to take Brea (my golden retriever) and go hit the trails. Yay! =]
