Thoughts on a Reader who wants to become an Avenger but is rejected by Sam's team, instead joining the "New Avengers".

Obviously Yelena doesn't like Reader because of this team being their second choice. Until idk... she actually does like her because this would be a Yelena x Reader.

Realistically we got 8 or less chapters of Mob Law left and we have things to wrap up. No more filler chapters everything matters from here until the end

When people go like my old fics, I feel like I have to go fix em up 😭. Like I'm sorry for the way I was using quotations and not using periods. Also the tense, but I feel less bad about it because so many writers get their ass beat by the tense.

The back story is I actually was using those things then I saw a post that was like... "no you're using them wrong." So what ended up happening was I edited all of them to be wrong and now I have so many that the idea of fixing them all seems too tedious, but any time I see someone like something pre-2024 I go to the fic and edit it to be in a better format.

When I wrote The Family Business I did it on a whim. I just decided that I wanted a criminal WandaNat and settled on the mafia. I really like the first few chapters, but somewhere along the way I wanted it to be over.

Mob Law though, I sat on like the first 4 chapters of it for months. I was watching a bunch of mob movies (Goodfellas is probably my favorite). Then I started playing the remastered Mafia game (still playing it).

I feel like even though its older The Family Business is like Mob Law's little sibling. I know exactly where I'm going with Mob Law and I had no idea where I was going with The Family Business.

My second go around of this type of fic feels better to write. I feel like it's a chance at redemption. Not saying I hate The Family Business because I don't, but I am saying Mob Law will be better.
