You know your pet(s) love you when your friend who is house/pet sitting for you calls so your 4-legged family can hear your voice and they cry. I got off the phone just a moment ago and my Pickles made the most wounded crying meow. I feel so terrible that he thinks I’ve abandoned him that I’m torn between looking forward to going back home to comfort him and enjoying the last day with my family.
