Really though, I DO need more fantasy-realm denizens to be more like "lol that's politics ig" when the king gets overthrown. Where are the single-issue Hylians who love Ganondorf, because he got rid of the skeletons in Hyrule Field?

All I know is when I have to ride all the way from Kakariko to Lon-Lon ranch to pick up the side of beef I ordered, I don't have to be terrified of getting caught out after sundown anymore.

ok so I dreamt all the rumors about an oot remake was real and like, they expanded on the world physically but also they put tons of that kinda Majora's mask time-messing into it. Like you could change one thing in the past, go to the future, and see how it changed things but then go back and try something else later and there was a third time-era segment.

Like the child segment, the 'adult' segment was the teenager segment (he's 17, physically, after all) and an *actual adult* segment, where he was more like LU Time or hero's shade-ish. And like that was the only one that could use the gold gauntlets and the biggorons knife and other 'heavy' weaponry, and kid Time could use a deku leaf and glide on air currents but adult Time couldn't and stuff, and kid Time could go into kokiri hideaways and child NPCs would tell him secrets, Teen Link was able to get intel and interact more with teen NPCs, and adult Link could go into bars/taverns and get special 'potions' and effectively gamble on cards and stuff. It was fucking awesome.

I've just watched whole Hero's Purpose (up to the most recent part) AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT!!! It's a GORGEUS animation created by MajorLink.

Guys, seriously go watch it. It's worth it.

ALSO I have a lot of good things to say abt Zelda music but this soundtrack just gives me chills.

What if OoT Link is a theorist but he’s just so bad at it. Like really really bad at it.

This is because there could be a part of his journey where he talks to Sheik and is like “I know your secret” and Sheik is like oh god oh fuck he knows but then Link spits out some absolutely insane bullshit so far off the mark that it hits another target and Sheik is just so relieved and goes “oh thank fuck I forgot you’re literally the stupidest man alive”

Link, after explaining how he thinks Sheik is actually Impa’s long-lost son who lived in some hidden underground home in Kakariko and was raised in secret by the villagers until Ganon rose to power: I’ve connected the two dots

Sheik: You didn’t connect shit.

Link: I’ve connected them.
