My first piece for the Dalton Big Bang! The color scheme is red, black and gold because in this fic, Shane is in Durmstrang (dark red and black) and Reed in Hufflepuff (gold and black). I had intended to make the sparks shoot out from a wand, but there was no way to do that without making it look like an erection /shotshotshot decided the wand would be too distracting. And oh my gods the author name is so out of place. I swear it looked better at 3 am today... (Obviously that was just due to my sleep-addled brain...)
Word Count question: I'm including songs in my fic, am I allowed to keep the lyrics as part as the word count? Or do I have to take them out of the word count? Thanks!
You sure can as long as it's not too excessive (that is, like 70% of the fic is song lyrics, hahaha!) :)
