Another New Project Win

It's true, my mother gave me too much praise as a child.  She never told me it's rude to brag, and now I'm too old to learn any better.  Boiled Architecture is designing a new pharmacy space for the nice folks at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.   The project is 8,000 sf and about $1.2m in construction costs, and is being delivered through a Design-Build structure.  You know how we love Design-Build!  It's an interior project, building out a suite inside a business park in Menlo Park.

The lead entity is Cahill Contractors, and Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch are the engineers for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  Do you want to know more about why Design-Build is such a popular delivery method?  I'm sort of a contract nerd, so I'd love to tell you all about it.    [email protected]
