It took me forever to decide how I wanted to do this conversation. My original sketch was like 3 pages worth of nothing but dialogue that was kinda repeating the same thing that Timeline 1 has.

Reasons why Hope is a lesbian: 1) because the Obviously Flirty but Still Not Dating relationship with Zelda matches certain types of the lesbian experience 2) the regular silly fights with Zelda become a Aggressive Tomboy vs Aggressive Femme and that's fun 3) fairy lore consistency reasons

Reasons why Rinku is a girl/lesbian: 1) the trans experience of having to remake yourself + building a new Identity. 2) that one time where the game said Link couldn't keep an egg in the trade quest because it was a Girl Thing (I was offended by that/lh) 3) Rinku is the Main era of Link being assumed to be Zelda/a girl 4) has to like girls because all the Canon dates/crushes are all girls
