10: Which one does the posing while the other one draws?

ok so one thing you should know about hailey is that you should never ask them to model for you in a drawing. ever.

i mean sure, everything seems peachy keen in the first 5 minutes, but then hailey gets bored. so they start fidgeting or even talking to you. and if you reprimand them for this, they’re gonna mess with you. they’ll start to move their hands or their legs about an inch every few minutes until they’ve moved into an entirely new position. but by then it’ll be too late because you’ve already drawn them, HAHA. (hailey is an asshole that way.)

also, tony sucks at drawing anatomy, so there’s that.

another thing you should know about hailey is that they’re actually a good artist! they really like to experiment with different styles & different subjects, but more often than not, they end up drawing tony because he is their favorite subject to draw <3

physical/aesthetic/romantic attraction aside, one of the reasons hailey started drawing tony was because tony used to have really bad bouts of body dysphoria? most of the time they’re comfortable and even proud of their body, but sometimes the harsh words hit hard; they sink into his skin, building bitterness towards all his curves and all his edges, all his perfect imperfections.

so hailey tries to remind him that his body is literally a work of art. <3

and nowadays, tony doesn’t shrink in on himself when he poses. he flaunts his battle scars, all the things that used to make him insecure. he flexes, poses in many positions (varying from proud to suggestive to downright lewd) because he’s finally comfortable in his own skin.

hailey is very proud of her boy, even if they have to hide their sketchbook under their bed.
