Haha well my sister @lsdoiphin and I did grow up with a lot of the same media influences...
Other important mentions: Mother 3, Starcraft 1, Pokemon, Fullmetal Alchemist, Final Fantasy 6, Tales of the Abyss, various SNES games, our dad's artwork, and a couple dozen internet artists, many of whom have largely disappeared from online spaces.
