I finally finished up scar!!! It took me a while as my only reference materials for the wheelchair were a tumblr blog and some photos off google. keep in mind I am not a wheelchair user, and I don’t know a lot about disabilities that make you wheelchair bound. HOWEVER, I will be doing my best to study more on disabilities like this. any facts here right now for scar are mostly temporary, as things like the cane will be ditched eventually. this is all I wanted to say though, just as a heads up if this seems unrealistic.
also, again, as always, props to @gtwscratch for their project x au which is AMAZING!!!
but like I said, if I ever finish this au (I’m hoping I do) and make the fic I’m wanting to, his disability will worsen. I will only fall into the “oh scar only has bad days sometimes and can walk sometimes” category for a bit I SWEAR. I don’t wanna anger anyone who does have a disability like this, even though scar has said he doesn’t care if his wheelchair and/or disability is added to fanart or media. if you read this all, thank you :)
