Stuff we have in Lu so far on Sky's age:

He's in the older teens with Wild, Legend, and Hyrule.

JoJo says that she intentionally made Sky separate from Twilught, because of the maturity levels they are portrayed at in their games. Sky could have been an adult+ perhaps, but in LU he is not, because his character is decidedly younger than Twilight from a comparable game.
