Our Pesach food can actually be really good but I hate how quickly I get hungry and then it’s like so obnoxiously labor-intensive to eat anything. Why am I peeling things at 11:15pm.

Ordered protein bars in case I need a GD-friendly snack in the hospital (my typical GD-friendly snacks all require refrigeration). I’ve had a different flavor of the same brand before, and the picture on the website showed a plain OU pareve hechsher. They just arrived and they’re OU-DE. 😩 So annoyed.
I’ve always liked salmon with whole-grain mustard and ginger, personally! Idk how much sugar you can handle but molasses might also go well with that to make it more of a glaze?
Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately we don't eat any of those things on Pesach though! We basically only eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs, peelable fruits and vegetables, oil, salt, wine/grape juice, romaine lettuce, matzah, and plain yogurt.
