Antimo watched him carefully and a tender smile curled the corners of his mouth. “Do you want to sleep here?” he asked, cupping one side of Lucanis’ jaw with a hand. “You look exhausted.” he brushed his thumb on his cheekbone, worry showing on his features as he looked at him. He didn't want him to collapse somewhere on his way back to his room, although he knew Spite would've taken care of him somehow.

The Crow felt his body stiffen at that proposition as his mind started reeling despite himself. “I-I don't want to disturb you-” he was about to decline, but the expression on Antimo's face made his chest seize up.

“You never do. I'll meditate some more.” the Mourn Watcher swiftly chased any doubt away as he pressed his palm ever-so-gently against the man's cheek. “Please stay.” he insisted, tilting his head to the side.

Lucanis swallowed around a lump in his throat, his lips trembling as he eagerly leaned on that touch. “Alright.” he yielded at last, closing his eyes. Enjoying warm skin against his. Inhaling that familiar scent that he would've recognized everywhere as Antimo's. Listening to his breathe.
