sacrificing brazilian football for brazilian motor racing
Let's no forget Lucas DiGrassi is a Bolsonaro supporter. And Bolsonaro government was really awful on environmental policies. So he really doesn't have the higher ground to talk about environmental policies and so on
Just coming on here to say: Seb is also hypocritical in everything he says about FE. Since the beginning of the series he has mocked it. He has called it cheese (in German which basically is used to describe something ridiculous), said he could not understand how people would be fans or why people would want to be fans.
This isn't just a one way issue. Also, everyone who has the tiniest understanding knows that DiGrassi is not the guy to turn to. However most of you all don't realize that he built FE. DiGrassi is a fundamental part in the series even coming to live and besides being the only driver to participate in every race has also been a massive part in the organisational aspect as well as always been vocal also in his support to be innovative in a greener world outside the track.
Is he a great person when it comes to politics? No.
Is it understandable that as someone who is an integral part of FE whether you like him or not he will defend the series after the (undeserved and ridiculous flashback) it still gets? Yes
Is Seb completely unjustified in his reason for disliking FE? Yes because they are not really based on any truth.
Is it also okay for Seb to say that he doesn't want to do FE? Absolutely, no one is forcing him to do it.
There's nothing wrong with not wanting to do FE or not wanting to join the series but Seb has shown a personal vendetta against it that at least if you take these comments is based on some out of context taken half truths that are more an avoidance than an actual answer.
So yes, he can not like FE but also Lucas isn't entirely wrong to say that his supposed reasoning is really not that.
Lucas: I have a degree and a high IQ and I design my own state of the art electric bicycles and did I mention I'm incredibly intelligent?

Where is Lucas' penalty? He caused a gooddamm collision, which resulted in Pascal going of track. Even has the nerves to call Pascal's moves dodgy...
DiGrassi has always been a bad driver in the sense that he does anything to win, this is nothing new.
