oooh thank you! and yeah, I’m kind of leaning towards them since they’re closer to me geographically so I feel like I should and they seem interesting, but I’m still in the ??? stage of learning about all this so yeah

hehe kinda? I’m sort of tentatively dipping my toe in it, anyway, I’ve seen a fair bit about the Pittsburgh Penguins on my dash so they’re one, also possibly the Philadelphia Flyers because I live closer to Philly 

but like, I haven’t really been interested in a sport before so I don’t really know how it all works, hockey’s barely a thing in the south where I grew up so I’m sort of figuring it out as I go (although I keep feeling like I should be watching old seasons like with tv shows to catch up but that’s not how it works it’s all very strange)

Just found a blog @luceateis it's everything I wish my own blog was, funny and scientific with music and real talk, also quite a bit of star wars. 10/10 would read through again for two hours in the middle of the night.

when capitalization actually matters: are we talking “summer” the season or “Summer” the name, because, yeah. very different connotations.

Out of curiosity when is the next Wait Wait What's Icing ep going to be available? I just started listening in October so I'm not really sure what kind of schedule it gets posted on.

it’s technically on a weekly basis but it’s practically on like a …. week-and-a-half basis. ellen has done us all the fRANK DISSERVICE of living in california while i live in chicago, so we do a lot of, “hey are you free for these two hours, and if not these two hours than that hour and a half, and if not that hour and a half maybe we can stand on our heads and send carrier pigeons to communicate idk girl just lemme know!!”

ALSO as always i’d like to highlight that poor ellen, who has a full-time job AND plays hockey AND is a fULL-TIME TOTAL BABE, also has to do all the technical parts of what’s icing, because i basically show up, vomit thoughts out of my mouth place, and then float away like a pug riding a decorative throw pillow. LET’S ALL TAKE A MINUTE TO SEND HER LOVE FROM OUR HEARTS AND FROM OUR TWITTERS AND HERE ON TUMBLR: likeapond.
