Ollie (Eotherin Oleander Lucifia Belaqua Angeli Stacia), a Dragonblood.

In the land where Ollie comes from, the more dragon blood you have, the more magic you have. This also causes mutations, making it easy to tell the ratio of human-to-dragon genetics.

The dragons disappearing, as well as dwindling bloodlines, are leading to the discrimination of dragonbloods. Some dragonbloods carefully maintain family lines. Others fiercely claim and guard their territory, both in isolated mountains and as rulers of towns or kingdoms. They're all in danger of being hunted for their magical blood.

If a dragonblood chooses to disguise themselves, the amount of magic they have is directly proportional to the amount of magic it takes to maintain the illusion of being human. Ollie is one of those who flaunts her heritage (one leading back to the legendary Vesuvius!). She loves to provoke and humiliate blood hunters, and is part of a network keeping the remaining dragonbloods in touch.
