I like to think that Lucifer is Roo's favorite person but in the same way that being God's favorite person is not a good thing.
She likes to show up every once in awhile to bother him and fuck up his life for fun just to see how he reacts. She laughs when he begs her to leave because they both know he'll give into her like he always does.
Lucifer hates her, he's drawn to her, he regrets letting her out, he dreams of her when she's gone. He doesn't know what's wrong with him or what she's done to him.
She calls him her knight in shining armor for setting her free from her prison but he knows she's mocking him. He isn't really her savior he's just her favorite play thing. Roo may be free but Lucifer never will be.
