1. well my favorite movie right now is The Classic. I sat down one day and told myself to watch a movie with one of my fave actors Jo In Sung. It happened to be a romance that he had a small role in. I didn’t expect to like it so much. I laughed but I also cried, a lot. I’ve watched it quite a few times since then. I was alone and weeping in my living room.
This is essentially a fill-out get-to-know-me form that I keep receiving. Why not I suppose?

Siblings: I have two older step-siblings and one older technical half-sister, but she's just "sister" to me.
Dream job: Creating and being encouraged to create all forms of art, and having people appreciate it/making others days better with it. Hopefully related to programming seeing how I'm learning those skills atm.
Fears: Failure basically. Messing up social encounters, making mistakes that cost a lot for me (especially stupid ones), evidently seeing how much I cannot do/make something, and realizing/feeling pointlessness.
Political ideology: Eh. Politics.
Religion: "Deistic" agnosticism. It's a term I made-up that best describes what it is I believe.
I do not believe in an organized god/gods/essence/spirit, but I understand religious and spiritual beliefs as a necessity to those who seek it (essentially, it is not bad and can be quite beautiful actually - it's about what people do with it). I also believe it's humans who create religions in order to understand the space we live in. I believe that when I die, I die, and that is ok. The "higher powers" are the natural forces around us that take place in the whole expanded universe, and they certainly do not focus or care about humanity.
Tattoos: If I were to ever get one, I would get one on the back of my neck that's in code of some sort, most likely a barcode. I'd like to do research as to the meaning of it though, and it's something I must consider deeply.
Piercings: One on both ears.
Languages: Americanized English, barely any French, remnants of Arabic, and soon to start studying Japanese as my language in college.

Reason behind URL: It used to be another name that I often used as my overall alias, but I decided to change it to something else that was softer and less culture specific. Jamurie [jah-muhr-EE or jah-moo-rEE] sounds nice, and it's very unique.

I've only ever RPd via forums and 1x1/maybe up to 3 people via IM systems. The amount of people that this potentially includes is a little daunting to me; how friendly is the environment for someone who may need to take things slow when it comes to including more than a small handful? The setting really intrigues me but I also fear I don't fully comprehend how the openness of the world will be controlled from getting too "extreme" for lack of a better word on mind, care to expound? :)
Sky here! The short answer is very friendly. The long answer is that I think both Ayli and I are aware that skype rps are a relatively rare breed in the world of tumblrping, and because of that we’ve been prepared from the beginning to help people transition into this format. To be honest, while there is tremendous potential for like a metric dickton of people (rough estimate there, don’t quote me) I don’t think it will balloon much past ten or so quality, dedicated role players. That’s the goal.
As for managing the setting, it depends on what you mean by extreme; as far as the size of the world, that will be controlled by your friendly, neighborhood omnipresent impartial mod-god gming several different “instances” or settings your character can chose to be located in. Kind of like a dungeonmaster, if I were to go full-nerd here. We’ll sort of manipulate the environment to keep certain people travelling in quasi-groups though so we don’t have to mess with like twenty-some instances at a time. As for keeping the concepts behind the setting from getting to extreme, well that’s really more relying on us mods to be arbiters of good taste. Ah, those examples are both a little non-specific, but I hope they answer your question. Please ask again if you’re still curious!
I didn't look at what they are just take them any ways lol 24-33.
24.Had to lie to EVERYONE about how you felt? When I was diagnosed with depression at the age of nine and started taking medication my mother told me not to tell any of my friends or classmates about it. She was worried they would make fun of me/ wouldn’t understand. I was not comfortable talking about having depression/ anxiety to people without mental health issues until I was an adult

How much are the general operation costs of the 3D printer? I've been looking into them but found little information as per the costs of cartridges, the time period between replacing them, etc... They're expensive enough to purchase as it is and I'm worried that they'll cost just as much to run after about a year's worth of operation. I'm also working out how easily it would be to break even on commissions.
That’s a great question. It’s going to depend on the size of your prints (and in-fill, support structure, wall thickness, etc). We also bought a printer that took spools of plastic filament and not a specific cartridge, because we wanted more control over our materials. Right now, plastic goes for about $35 for a kg. It also takes us a long time to go through a kg of plastic. We have our printer running almost every day, and we just ran out of our first spool. We’ve had it for 2 months.
You can also get prints made through online services like Shapeways. I love Shapeways because the prints are great quality, but they are pretty expensive. To print the parts I just posted, it would be about $60 for detail plastic. It really only cost me about $2-3 dollars in plastic to print them on my own machine with great detail quality. And if you’re worried about cost comparison over the long run, it really depends how often and how much stuff you want to print. Like I said, we print constantly. Shapeways would be too expensive to keep up with my appetite for models!
Printers can be expensive in initial costs, but there are companies trying to fix that by releasing cheaper and cheaper printers. And you can actually make one yourself, with a DIY kit. There are tons out there. I’d honestly suggest going to a 3D printing conference or convention or meeting or anything like that. That’s where we learned a TON of information about specifics.
