Lucky Guy I know is just a Charater Stand in but now, when Miss Nightingale is evolving as an NPC, there is far more likely about Lucky.
College Student ftom modern times is the most common theory for Lucky Guy. He decided to explore the infamous haunted manor and ended up in the more dreamlike versi9n of the manor. Possibly a fan of Orpheus' from the modern times too as his books became infamous along with the history of the manor.
My personal theory is that he's an entity not dissimilar to Miss Nightingale but acting as a survivor. Based off his Rattatoskr skin, a trickster type. Not wholly good or evil, just is. Perhaps a messenger like many tricksters.
