Eugene and Lucy aren’t really hard criminals, like they never murder people (except killing their abusers but like, totally justified and they don’t consider it cold blooded killing, it was self defense). They mostly only commit fraud and theft, they like the adrenaline rush and challenge of stealing high stakes items. And their team doesn’t mind, after all half of them don’t commit horrible crimes either (I think really only Carrie, Nina, Ronan, and James Dean commit the worse crimes), but yeah Lucy does get way harsher with men, theres just something about having a man pleading on their knees for their lives at her. Like the roles are reversed, she’s not the one on her knees anymore and never will be, she takes sick joy in watching her teammates kill men execution style, because they’re the vulnerable ones and she’s the one with the power now

No but Nina still comes into the base for a mission when she’s sick from her adamantium poisoning, she’s the kind of person who would continue on with her day even if she was quite literally on the brink of death. And her adamantium poisoning episodes tend to feel like the equivalent of a bad flu, so she’s shivering and aching and sneezing and coughing, and LUCYS MOTHERLY INSTINCTS HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED

Nina: *coughs*

Lucy, appearing from nowhere: Oh dear, are you sick? Come lay down on the couch, I’ll make you some warm soup and get you some hot tea to make you feel better

Nina: I am fine-

Lucy: Not another word! Now lay down, here’s the remote, watch whatever you want, I’ll go get that tea for you

Nina: *makes sure Lucy is out of sight before trying to get up*

Lucy from the kitchen: SIT DOWN KARINA. I MEAN IT.

Fuck it, Lucy doesn’t give a fuck about school and is a full time stay at home mom because SHE DESERVES IT DAMMIT

So I can totally see Lucy and Cora moved in together, ideally in New Orleans so Lucy’s not too far away from her family since they’re her whole life. But she’ll stay home the whole day cleaning the house, coloring with Gracie and playing with her and laying her down for naps. Or she’ll take her out to run errands and if she looks away from the cart for one second and sees somebody trying to say hi to Gracie in the little baby seat, she will smack their hand away so hard and give them a death stare until they go away

BUT ALSO HER MAKING LUNCH AND BRINGING IT TO THE DOD AND/OR BLIGHT MEETING TO SEE CORA, and while everyone else is saying hi to Gracie and Denji is making sure none of those idiots drops her, Lucy has some lunch with her wife

Lucy is so mature for age cause she had to grow up so fast, hence why she mothers people her age around because she still sees them as kids since the majority of them aren’t as mature as she is. But she does like to loosen up and just be a kid once in awhile, even if everyone sees her as their mom friend. So like she’ll watch cartoons with Gracie in the morning while they eat their breakfast (Lucy will eat a bowl of cereal while Gracie has some pieces of cereal on her little baby tray), and she absolutely loves playing with Gracie cause not only is her daughter the cutest thing to have ever existed, she kinda indulges herself in it and uses her imagination and gets a bit silly with it, both to make Gracie laugh and to just be a kid for a few minutes before she has to go yell at Eugene for sticking a fork in the outlet socket-
